Join us for an intro to singing bowls, every Friday at Floating Lotus Gloucester, 5:00pm-5:30pm!
This is a basic 30 minute class to learn several Himalayan Singing Bowl playing techniques! Class is hosted by Justin Christopher and Keri Glidden. We will go over resonating and tapping singing bowl techniques as well as the Chakra realm in this class to gain a basic knowledge of singing bowls. We do offer more advanced classes on the fundamentals and frequency of singing bowl healing sessions.
Justin Christopher bio: Justin has been utilizing singing bowls and working with sound healers and shaman groups in Nepal and India for over 20 years. He offers sessions and classes, educating people on the fundamentals of sound healing with singing bowls and gongs.
Keri Glidden, Master Reiki Teacher, and sound healer. Trained in himalayan sound bowls with Justin Christopher for the past 3 years.
