What an amazing drum this is. This is my second dhyangro drum. I wasn't sure about needing 2 dhyangro drums but I love my original so much that I wanted a similar drum just in case something happened to the original. Well, this drum is similar in shape and power, but it has a voice and a sound of its own. 2 very distinct deep powerful voices ( male and female side of the drum) that sing and chant. It sounds like 2 drums being played at once even when only playing one side. It also has a wonderful reverberation when you sing. It is light weight and the carvings on the phurba (handle) are beautiful. Oh, the journeys we will take together.
