Join Yoga & Meditation Instructor Kelley Annese for a monthly drop in Relaxation & Meditation class. Class will begin with deep relaxation techniques to calm the body and mind. You will then learn valuable breathing practices that assist in focusing the mind. Ending with 10-20 minutes of meditation.

For those new to meditation you will be given a simple and accessible technique. Those who are experienced in meditation are welcome to use their preferred technique and simply enjoy practice in the group energy.
